The total investment of the project is 53 million yuan, covering an area of 25 acres, and has built about 4000 square meters and 100,000 clean workshop, 3 freeze-dried food production lines and infant food standard laboratories.
Evergreen mainly produces freeze-dried infant complementary food and freeze-dried snack food, OEM processing for domestic baby brands and leisure brands, and simultaneous operation of its own brands and export trade. The founding team of Evergreen began to develop freeze-dried food since 2007, and is the technical original and inventor and category creator of freeze-dried yogurt, freeze-dried cheese, freeze-dried rice cakes and freeze-dried chocolate products. At present, the production technology is in a leading position in the field of freeze-dried food in China. In May 2023, Evergreen was granted the first national freeze-dried rice cake auxiliary food production license for infants, the first national freeze-dried cheese auxiliary food production license for infants in January 2024, and in April 2024, Evergreen participated in the preparation of the "General Principles of Freeze-dried Food" industry standards organized by the National Food Industry Standardization Technical Committee, raising the industry threshold and technical barriers.RESEARCH FIELD
